Bartlett’s Annotated International Traffic in Arms Regulations (“BITAR”) is the only annotated and up-to-date version of the ITAR (22 CFR Parts 120-130). The BITAR contains the full text of the ITAR, with features added by the editor, including nearly a thousand footnotes, appendixes containing statutes, court cases, consent agreements, government guidance, user aides, and a large index, and is usually updated within 24 hours of an ITAR amendment. The BITAR is a must-have for both U.S. exporters and non-U.S. end-users and reexporters of defense articles, technical data, and defense service providers.
Bartlett’s Annotated Foreign Trade Regulations (“BAFTR”) is the only annotated and up-to-date version of the FTR (15 CFR Part 30), containing all FTR amendments, FTR Letters, and Notices, and approximately 250 footnotes containing case annotations, practice tips, and Census/AES guidance. The BAFTR is a must-have for U.S. exporters of articles that require filing an Electronic Export Information (EEI) under the Automated Export System (AES).
