Bartlett’s Annotated FTR” (“BAFTR”) is the only annotated and up-to-date version of the Foreign Trade Regulations (15 CFR Part 30), containing all FTR amendments, FTR Letters, and Notices, and approximately 250 footnotes containing case annotations, practice tips, and Census/AES guidance.
