Bartlett’s Annotated FTR” (“BAFTR”) is the only annotated and up-to-date version of the Foreign Trade Regulations (15 CFR Part 30), containing all FTR amendments, FTR Letters, and Notices, and approximately 250 footnotes containing case annotations, practice tips, and Census/AES guidance. The BAFTR will be amended every time the official FTR is amended or a new FTR letter is published.

Bartlett’s Annotated FTR (“BAFTR”) is copyrighted material. Unauthorized duplication or access to copies is a copyright violation. The BAFTR may not be transferred to a nonsubscriber or posted on a server or other location that allows access by a non-subscriber. The BAFTR may be posted on a server only if the company has purchased a BAFTR site license restricted by password to the number of readers specified in the site license. The BAFTR and its updates may be saved for reading on the subscriber’s individual computer or printed as a single copy, so long as no copies are printed by or for nonsubscribers.
